Located in the heart of the Chagnon hamlet, just 8 km from Château-Chinon—a small town offering museums, a cinema, swimming pool, and a variety of restaurants—you'll have direct access to hiking trails. The cottage is close to major lakes such as Panneçière, Les Settons, and St Agnan. It's a 30-minute drive to the historic city of Autun with its many archaeological sites, as well as the Bibracte site and museum. We will be happy to show you the numerous hiking routes throughout the historic Morvan, including WWII resistance sites and other treasures like chapels nestled in enchanting forests. Our house, with 125 m² of living space, features a spacious living room, a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms with toilets, and 3 bedrooms: one with three 90x190 cm beds, one with a 140x190 cm bed and a 90x190 cm bed, and another with a 140x190 cm bed. There is also an extra ground-floor room with two 90x190 cm beds. You can also enjoy the adjoining garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Good 4G reception. The Camille cottage, which accommodates 6 people, is located next door. Please contact us for nightly rates. Electricity charges apply in winter. Bed linen rental is available for an extra fee.

We provide various guides and brochures to help you discover local historical sites, such as World War II resistance hideouts, chapels nestled in the woods, and other hidden curiosities. Our cottage features 2 bedrooms: one with a 140x90 bed, the other with two 90x190 beds, plus an extra bed on a BZ sofa. There is a bathroom with toilet and an additional toilet upstairs. The living area is equipped with all necessary appliances, television, DVD player, internet connection, and excellent mobile coverage (4G). Another cottage, Gîte Anna, accommodating up to 10 guests, is nearby. Weekly rentals only during school holidays. Bed linen rental available for an extra fee.
